Mrs. Lata helps children prepare for school through hands-on learning, creative activities, and patient encouragement.
About Mrs. Lata
Mrs. Lata teaches in Kingston’s TK/Kindergarten Readiness & Wraparound program. She studied at Anaheim Community College and Norco Community College, completing the Early Child Development Program. She previously taught Kindergarten and has returned to Kingston after working here from 2010 to 2022.
She enjoys finding different ways to explain an idea so children can understand and participate. Her teaching interests include creative art, history, and hands-on learning that helps children build confidence for school.
Outside the classroom, Mrs. Lata enjoys reading, music, learning about different cultures, and spending time with family and friends. A fun fact: she is left-handed.
